I really appreciated Bridget and Jason taking care of me during my Colorado trip. Won't share the personal details, but they really went out of their way to help me and provided excellent medical care. It was also impressively quick . I hope I never have to come back

Update: Within hours of posting review, I received call from clinical manager with update on my COVID test result--power of the review is amazing! Her inquiry to Quest Diagnostics was my PCR test was "on hold", which after 10 days translates as "lost". We discussed my frustration at the inability to reach anyone at AfterOurs for over a week, and how the lack of information on test result put me in limbo with isolation status, both at home and work. She offered me a free rapid COVID test if I came back in, which seemed like a... read more

First I want to say "thank you" to this location. They are always calm and cool, which I feel is rare during these times. I've been here three times in one month due to coronavirus, I've never been to an urgent care before that so I don't have much experience. BUT they are so friendly and really took care of myself, and my husband. We had to get tested due to working closely with a positive case and it came back negative. Had one of the worst experience here, never coming back here. I had made a appointment for 7:30pm on 11/23/20. I called twice and left a message to confirm on my appointment and got no call back. I checked in with the front desk 10 minutes early before my appointment. And was told to wait in my car because there was no rooms available and told me they will give me a call when my room is ready. Finally at 9:45pm, I saw a lady coming out which was the doctor pulling her car closer to the front entrance. I had to use the restro... read more

I went in on Sat., 11/14/2020 to have a strep and Covid test. Strep test came back quickly, negative. I was told the Covid test would take 3-5 days and I should quarantine until the results come back. I called on Tues., 11/17, and they said they were not back yet. I called everyday, only to get a recording "that my call is very important and to leave a message, someone will return my call shortly". On Sunday, 11/22, I called and got the recording again. I left a message to speak to a "Supervisor". Still, no return phone call... read more
