Furnace no heat This morning my furnace was not working, I called Aire one and then Lisa helped me get the appointment right away. She squeezed me in for that day. I have had such good luck with Aire One ever since our installation! I remember a big guy came for the install and he refused to leave until I knew what I was doing. Such a nice guy. I would never have a complaint with the services at Aire one. They have a very good team. Keep up the good work!

Furnace Tune-Up Our experience was perfect! The serviceman was very informative and very pleasant. He showed me what he did and what I needed to do. He told me that the filter we had for the dehumidifier was too small and suggested we get a bigger one. A very good experience.

Furnace Repair I called Aire One at 9 am when I discovered my furnace wouldn't turn on with the first snow fall of the year. By 11 am I had a very personable and polite technician at my door. He did his best to describe the issues with my furnace, offered suggestions to fix the issues. Although he was not fully equipped with the parts required, he returned promptly with the parts as promised, and completed all the work. Well done Aire One, thank you.

Gas Furnace and A/C I replaced the furnace and a/c after a mid-winter breakdown. I was pleased with the initial service (assessment, explanation of options), and with the work of the men who installed the furnace and a/c. The work was completed quickly, the site was left clean (perhaps even cleaner than it was found!), and the workers even did a wee touch up on my washing machine which needed a bit of sealant. All of my interactions with the company were pleasant and helpful. Thanks.

furnace maintenance I had my furnace serviced today. The service went very well. The technician was very professional. He was ahead of time, so Aire One called to see if I was available. The technician coming early was not a problem. He was great.

central air conditioner Each phase of this process was easy and comfortable. The sales representative explained all the details, gave an accurate cost and listened to my concerns. The gentlemen who came to do the install ran into some issues with the existing set-up but didn't rush, they took great care and helped us fix up some air leakage problems. I was so impressed with the work ethic and integrity. Keep up the good work, guys!

FURNACE AND A/C I am very satisfied with the tech Lewis who is very thorough. He just did my furnace and a/c tuneup because I bought my equipment from Aire One a few years ago. They always have great customer service and the equipment is running very well.
