Furnace Service Aire-One came to service the furnace. They did a wonderful job. Our air conditioner was installed by Aire One in 2012. Two guys came and arrived on time. The A/C has been running well whenever it is needed.

Humidifier Repair Aire One came to look at my humidifier as it was leaking. The technician came on time, carried the necessary repair part in his truck and did made the necessary replacement quickly. He was on time, efficient and polite. It was a good experience and I couldn't ask for better.

service worker came in to service the furnace . service person took off their boots . Asked where the furnace was . As he was servicing the furnace he explained how the furnace worked and showed me how many amps was being used . also engaged in some conversation about the equipment . very pleasant and personable . showed me the maintenance plan to save me money in the long tern\m . Furnace inspection, service The technician went above and beyond to install extra strapping securing the vent pipes. Very pleasant friendly service. Removed their shoes and took the time to explained the service performed. We will be purchasing the annual service plan ensuring our warranty is protected.

Furnace Maintenance The experience getting the furnace serviced was great. Everything checked out fine. The guy was very friendly. He went down to the basement and was efficient and quick. He came back up and explained everything. He also included notes about everything he did on the bill which was appreciated.

Furnace installation We had our furnace break down an early frigid January morning. We tried to contact the company who'd installed it when we bought the house but they were slow, so we found Aire One who was able to send a technician in about 1 hr. Aire One quoted and installed a new furnace the same day for a good price! Excellent support, knowledgeable people and very fast turn around time!

Chimney cap and fireplace service The tech was excellent, informative and nice to talk to. We couldn't ask for anyone better. Aire One sells an excellent product and they take care of stuff. They have been giving us excellejnt service ever since we bought the A/C and furnace from them. They also do excellent service on fireplaces even though we didn't buy ours from them.
