Humidifier installed We have many Aire one products. We are very pleased with the service we receive when needed. Junior was the installer today of the humidifier. He called us down stairs when completed and explained everything to us. Also went the extra mile to check HRV, changed furnace filter, explained how all units work together, reminding us to check intake vent. He was polite and very informative . We appreciate his expertise.

Water heater replacement They said that they would be here between 8:00 am and 10:00 am to replace my water heater. They were where by 8:30, removed and replaced my old water heater before 10:00 am and I had hot water by 11:30. Very impressive Paul Wright.

Furnace repair and A/C warranty check Peter arrived during the ranged hours, was polite and helpful as he diagnosed the source of the furnace noise and ordered the part. He was thorough in his check of the furnace and the air conditioner, and explained his findings. I appreciated his knowledge, his technical skill and his pleasant manner. High Efficiency Furnance and a new A/C System A new furnace and a/c system were installed today March 25/2019. We are giving the highest of praises to the installers Dave and Junior. They arrived at 9 am and worked non-stop until the whole job was completed at 6 pm. They were courteous, conscious, explained in detail the use of the new products and paperwork and cleaned up to perfection. Furnace yearly maintenance On Thursday Oct 4 my furnace had a yearly maintenance check. Laura was very knowledgeable and explained fan mode settings, settings on the humidity system and settings and all the checks that she was performing on the furnace were explained to me. Once again very satisfied with Aire One. One other item that was found was the incorrect name on my bill which was Henery Comforts and should be Harry Comfort
