Furnace & AC tune up I’m Selling my home and a home inspection indicated a furnace problem. I called Aire One and was fortunate enough to have James Chandler assigned to this task. James is a courteous, knowledgeable, and informative technician. He completed a thorough check on both my furnace and AC, addressed and fixed the issues and educated me on some basic but important maintenance tips. Aprilaire Dehumidifier Had a Aprilaire dehumidifier installed. Airone installer was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with arrived at the time allotted to do the installation and explained how to operate the new equipment.

Repaired then Replaced We woke to a chilly house, by 730 am we realized that the old furnace had stopped working so I called Air One. The service man was her in under an hour! It didn't take long to fix but he told us it may not last, which we kind off figured. So later that morning a sales man came out to see what he could offer, no pressure just lots of good inform. Replacement of rental water heater This was a replacement rental water heater. I was very pleased that the whole operation was completed the same day as I reported the problem. This was a coordinated effort between the City of Kitchener and Aire One. Aire One phoned me an told me the technicians would arrive sometime between 1 PM and 4 PM. they were true to their word.
