Water Heater Replacement Our water heater decided to call it quits overnight and after a call to Kitchener Utilities, Charlie and Gee from Aire One were here to remove and install a new one within a few hours to get us back up and running. The service call was quick, friendly and they made sure everything was up to code. Thank you for the quick turnaround.

Yearly furnace check as per contract Sean was my serviceman. Furnace was checked. Two years ago I purchases furnace, air condition and hot water tank. Service has been good anytime that I called. Would recommend your company to anyone that asks.

Fast and great service First time I worked with aireone they were fantastic, our heater wasn't working in the middle of winter and they were able to come that same night to fix it. When it turned out that the furnace was completely broken and we needed repair parts/replace furnace, they were able to do it the very next day and even offered to provide electric heaters for the one night we would have to go without. AC & Furnace tune up I have a maintenance plan with AireOne and for the first time, I had my appointment for a tune up after I signed up last year. I am very satisfied with the service. The Technician Hamed was very professional, mace prepared to handle the pandemic time are facing these days. I would have given 5 starts but only one detail is missing which is an annual reminder for the service call. An email would have been sufficient but, in general great company to deal with. Keep up the good work!

new furnace and AC installed The service guys Dave and Warren were friendly and made an expensive job a little easier to bear. the work was done in good time . They explained everything I needed to know about using the units which is great. They cleaned up and left with a hand shake. i Highly recommend this company and Dave and Warren.

Installation of new furnace Abbas and associate did an amazing job installing our new furnace today. They were on time, very friendly and installed the furnace perfectly. I’d recommend them to anyone! I would highly reccomend them.

Furnace and Air Conditioner annual maintenance Service technician was very respectful of the safeguards that needed to be in place to maintain the quarantine requirements during our Covid 19 pandemic; mask, gloves, safe distance. When finished he took the time to explain everything that had been done. When asked, a recommendation was given to cover the top of the air conditioner unit next fall for the winter. Monthly payments are made that include this service and filters.
