As always, I've been treated as a "customer", and not simply as someone that owns a car and needs service. Airpark Dodge personnel have always been helpful, honest, courteous and understanding, and this time is no exception. I bring my car back here for service on a regular basis, and look forward to continue doing business with Airpark Dodge for many years to come.

From the first encounter, Nathan went to work to meet all my requirements for trade in and purchase. He followed through by sending an on line picture of the proposed auto purchase to enhance interest and acceptability. This is the best experience in auto purchasing I have ever had. I was very impressed and comfortable working with Marty. He is very knowledgeable, professional and easy to communicate with. He took the time to explain all of the features/functions of the vehicles I expressed interest in and clearly defined what the significant differences between them were; features/benefits. We purchased a Grand Cherokee and had an excellent buying experience. Ian Jones helped us look at various models, explaining the differences between the various models. We felt no pressure to buy a car and we felt very appreciated. We would definitely go back to Airpark Jeep again in the future to buy a new car.

The team at Airpark does an EXCELLENT job. The service technicians are knowledgable, timely and professional. The repairs are always done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. The facility is clean, and equipped with enough stuff to keep me busy while waiting. We have been Jeep owners for 20 years and have been with Airpark the entire time. They do a GREAT job.

I purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport from Airpark Jeep. My experience was great. My sales person was Fred Nielsen. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the car I wanted. We were able to work out a deal quickly and I was very pleased with the pricing. The management was very good too. They didn't go back and forth with the Salesperson making me wait a long time.

It was wonderful to feel that a saleperson understands my needs and that they are important to them too. Lisa truly made me feel special and that she went the "extra mile" for me. Mary was great and helped stop a paperwork error that would not have had good results for me. I have been telling anyone who asks (and even some who don't) where I got my HHR and how great the experience was. I also took advantage of the ability to post my HHR on my Facebook page!

Isiah did a great job not pressuring me for the sale. He was also very knowlegeable about the vehicle. H edid not try to sell me something I was not interested in and was very repectful of my time restraints since i was up in the Scottsdale area working.

DAVID ALWAYS DOES A GREAT JOB KEEPING ME INFORMED AS TO WHAT'S GOING ON WITH MY CAR. MY PROBLEM IS WITH A CLOCK THAT LOSES ABOUT 1 MINUTE PER WEEK. THIS IS ABOUT THE FOURTH TIME I HAVE HAD IT IN FOR THIS PROBLEM. I HOPE THEY FIXED IT THIS TIME. A NEW RADIO WAS INSTALLED, THE THIRD ONE IN THIS VEHICLE.
