I BROUGHT MY JEEP IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND ASKED FOR INFORMATION AND PRICING TO CHANGE THE TRANSMISSION FLUID. DAVID WAS VERY INFORMATIVE SO I DECIDED TO DO THE TRANSMISSION FLUID CHANGE TOO. I WAITED FOR THE CAR AND IT WAS READY WHEN PROMISED.
I went to your dealership to buy something at the parts department. Buying car was never in my mind, but as I was leaving, I thought I should look at two year-old smaller Jeeps parked near my truck. This dealership is very friendly & professional. It was a pleasure working with Tyler & Willie even though my husband frustrated them on many occasions. The first thing Jeff did was to ascertain what kind of vehicle I was interested in and did not waist my time on anything that did not fit. He explained the pros and cons of each one he showed me which gave me a way to compare and contrast each with my needs. I felt he was completely honest in his assessment of each one and was clear in his explanations of the features. He was also fun to work with.
A+ - would recommend - friendly, honest, considerate, and accomodating. We saw the car we were interested in, called, car was pulled out and ready to test drive along with other similar cars - Finance was very patient, re-doing our paperwork to get us what we needed - I haven't had a better experience, and haven't worked with a better dealer. Awesome experience. Bought from you because I was not pushed into any sale. Isaiah was very helpful. He allowed me to take my time and did not pressure me into any decisions. He was the reason I returned the following day and ultimately why I bought my car from you. Everyone was extremely friendly towards me and I had a great time. I never would have thought buying a car would have been so fun and I will definitely buy from you again.
Isiah was great to work with and I would recommend him to everyone. Dion the financial guy ...not so much. If his job is to sell services a customer doesn't want by misleading or misrepresenting then he did great, give him a bonus. He got me. I did not thoroughly read the maintenance schedule as th indformation he gave me was inaccurate.
I found everyone I encountered to be friendly, smiling and always asking me if I needed any help. Yes, it was like one big family and I enjoyed the experience most satisfying. I worked with Mr. Malkasian the most and I must say I have had a lot of cars in my life as I am 63. I never had an experience like working with Mitch. What a stand up Guy.
