I spoke with Damon at first via the Internet, then phone. He listened to what I wanted, and worked diligently to make it happen. That same week, I came into the dealership, test drove a couple of vehicles, and within a couple of hours, walked out with the car I wanted. Was fantastic!

This was a very positive experience! Bob and Lisa were very efficient and their pricing was no nonsense and very competitive. I was referred to Airpark through a web inquiry connected with carsdirect.com. I was contacted by Lisa promptly and she was extremely attentive to all the features I was looking to get. Since I had done extensive research on my vehicle, I was impressed with the competitive pricing of the vehicle. Lisa found my vehicle the same day and my only delay was the shipping from the manufacturer to AZ.

Everyone was friendly and sincere. I think I met all of the managers, including the GM. They all did everything they could to expedite the completion of the sale in addition to offering a lower interest rate than was given by my bank. There was absolutely no pressure implied or otherwise to purchase a vehicle. Thanks.

The only thing I was not happy about is I felt noel and Mitch were only half listening to me some of the time which created a problem when meeting with mr. Tate. Also after repeated request to see cars that were 150 or less a month noel only showed us one car until the manger stepped in. Mitch made up for it. Mr. Tate was awesome. He was not pushy and he was honest and straight forward.
