My wife and I went to Airpark to test drive, and ready to purchase a new 2011 Chrysler 200 convertible. We went to Airpark first because of the excellent recommendation given it by good friends who had purchased vehicles there. We had researched the car and were prepared with dealer invoice and Chrysler incentives. After the test drive, I enjoyed the car and my wife absolutely loved it. What I liked most was the availability of Aaron...he was in communication with us throughout the process, and when we were relegated to having to return his calls, I was afraid he'd be nowhere to be found, but alas, he answered EVERY time! That has NEVER happened!! Customer service was fabulous, and for what we had to have repaired, I was satisfied with the price!
David is very good. I have been shuffled around from one service person to another so David is the first service person I have had more then once. I had a lot of problems last year with my brakes and every time I brought the car in I was told everything was fine. Finally a notice came out about the front brakes and once they were replaced my car has been fine. I was quite upset about the "DEDUCTIBLE"
Michael is always friendly and eager to help in any way he can. The shuttle drivers are also very helpful in getting my wife and myself to and from a local shopping mall. We bought our Chrysler Town & Country from Airpark Chrysler and have always been treated very fairly. It was a pleasure in dealing with all the personal at the dealership. We have a closer dealership but drive an extra 20 or so miles to have our vehicle serviced at Airpark Chrysler.
Sherri was fantastic. She was professional and friendly. I also like the ability to schedule an appointment online and have it confirmed electronically. I wrote a separate letter to the service manager complimenting Sherri's service that exceeded my expectations.
The service rep has been very courteous and informative and does not seem to mind if I ask questions about the service that is being done on my car. There has been a difficult ptoblem to fix and he seems sincerely interested in resolving it to my satisfaction. I would purchase again from Airpark also have the service done there.
I prefer to support my dealer, but price matching is important, or at least be competitive. I do understand you have to make some money to stay in business. Will come back, but hope you will be willing to negotiate more pricing than just the flushes that were done. Henry and David, Thank you.
