I arrived to my appointment early which was somehow a problem. My oil change too 2.5 hours and my vehicle wasn’t washed.
Way over priced! Charged me $610 to diagnose and change ONE spark plug! Will not go back and will not recommend.
Service rep was friendly and somewhat helpful but not mechanically savvy. The list of needed repair items seemed complete, but it conflicted with the inspection report which I felt was bogus, false and contradictory. For example, the tires were bad yet listed as passed. Attention to detail was not practiced during the visual inspection. I'm not sure I would recommend Air Park to friends. p.s. Awesome parts dept.! Thanks for the donut.
Don’t need to tell an owner all the things wrong with their car when all they want is to pass emissions
I was really happy with the deal we got and that they were willing to work with us to make it happen. The paperwork at the end had several typos including our street address and phone numbers so the attention to detail is majorly lacking. We also had an issue with our vehicle making a Darth Vader noise when the ac was on which we notified them immediately of after purchasing. Unfortunately since it isn’t considered a safety issue and all the paperwork was signed nothing could be done and it’s my problem now.
Theyvchare 3 percent extra to use a credit card. That is pretty outrageous since their fees are already too high.
Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience purchasing my new Jeep. After negotiating a price, shaking hands and signing some preliminary paperwork I was asked to wait in the lobby for financing and final paperwork. As I sat waiting for 45, I happily texted friends and family about my new Jeep. Then everything went downhill. The manger came over and said he had been using the wrong numbers to negotiate. I wasn’t able to test drive the vehicle because the battery was dead at the lot. The dealership said they would not change the battery unless I was purchasing the vehicle. If I would have test drove the car, I would have not purchased the vehicle. I had issues with my vehicle day 1 with a rattling dash and my screen flickered black 3 times within the first few days. I went to the dealership and let them know I would like to return the vehicle but was unsuccessful. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Job not completed as agreed. Car was in three times for sunroof. Now completed radio replaced, but storage compartment not functioning per factory settings
