I called to make an appointment for service. John answered the phone and was very unprofessional. I have two Dodge Grand Caravans. One of my Grand Caravan was serviced there before. In February 2022 I purchased a used RAM 1500 online from Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I was working with Christian, an assistant manager at the dealership. On February 17th, 2022 Christian sent me a video and pictures of the vehicle. I asked Christian about the condition of the truck and he explained that the only damage on the vehicle were some superficial scratches on the right rear bedside of the truck. Super shady business practices, lied about services performed on carfax. Terrible buying experience. Definitely would not recommend this dealer.
Scheduled in for service at 7:45am on a Saturday, called probably 10 times between Saturday and Monday evening and couldn’t get ahold of my advisor Richard to see what was going on. Finally got receptionist to flag him down just to find out my vehicle hasn’t even been looked at. What is the point of an appointment if your car is just going to sit there untouched. Once the sale is final they want nothing to do with you. I received 2 fobs with my auto purchase. One didn't work with the car I bought. I called the dealership and was told someone would get back to me. No call back. Then I received an email asking what they could do to make my experience better. So sad, i have bought 3 new rams for this store and now i had to go find a NEW dodge dealer. I went in to buy a Ram but stock was low, so i thought i would special order a new one, Knowing that it could take up to 12 weeks to get, i was ready to put down a large deposit. On June 11th, 2021, I purchased a 2016 Dodge grand caravan from Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Scottsdale. My salesman was Chip Frazier. On June 14th Chip texted me and told me the car never went through emissions and that he was going to drive out to my house to take care of it, which he did. On July 3rd, the tire pressure light came on, so I took it into the tire shop down the street from my house to see what it was. Terrible experience. Complete disregard to the customer. Sales manager Blake Hewitt was completely unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and lacks integrity. I will never buy a vehicle or service my vehicle at Airpark Jeep ever again and would never recommend anyone would give them business. I would give zero stars if possible. I deeply regret doing business with Airpark Jeep because of Blake Hewitt. Very unfortunate and unnecessary.
Three calls leaving detailed messages with a live person and two attempts online to schedule service over the course of a month, on a Jeep. Every time promised a call back from a service advisor to schedule. No response. Previous customer for many years. What is going on? This is a broken business model. Maybe add a metric that grades advisers on calling back customers and scheduling service. Good luck sorting it out. Going elsewhere.
