Buy somewhere else! I went in to look at a Jeep, ended up buying one after a 4 hour process of arguing numbers and regretted not upgrading to the next model after 24 hours. I got ahold of my sales guy who worked it out for me to exchange it to the next one up but the GSM said no. Worst Rip-Off Place I Have Ever Been To! I have only been to this rip-off place once. VERY UNHAPPY with any service or results of the alleged work that was done. In reading most of their recent reviews....I wonder how much the salesmen paid for the positive comments? “Bait and switch” and “a Lie” I called and spoke with Damond, the online sales manager about a specific Jeep. He confirmed it was in stock. I told him i would drive in to buy it as I have been looking for a white Willy for awhile (they are difficult to find). Change your number after dealing with them I spoke to Becky Markoff, an internet sales director, on Saturday to schedule a review of a BMW X5 xDrive50i on Sunday at 2pm. The dealership is an hour away. I received a call confirming the appointment at 11 and sent an email at 1:30 that I'd be about 10 minutes late. There was a response at 1:48 confirming there were no issues but when I arrived at 2:06 i was informed the vehicle had been sold 'very late the night before'. Five stars to 1 in a hurry Kids to Weston in finance. Other than that I can’t believe how a dealership can still operate the way this one does. Asked repeatedly for managnent phone calls to discuss issues with the deceitful salesman I had. Going to continue to share on other social media websites about how they operate. Still waiting for a vehicle I ourchased with no answers on a delivery date.... taking my business elsewhere
Poor customer service They forgot about me! They had dropped me off down the road while I waited. John stated it would take 1.5 - 2 hours. John stated that he would call me when my vehicle was ready and send an Uber to get me. Two hours into waiting, I called my service advisor. No return call. I called back 20 minutes later. AC repair My experience the service center has been horrible on multiple occasions. Most recently, I set a 9:00 appointment for 6/27 to get the AC and a malfunction light looked at. I brought it in and was going to wait but John Marino said it would be a few hours, so I left and he agreed to call me after it was looked at. Sub par at best I'm in sales for a living, and nothing frustrates me more than dealing with a sales person who will not work with a customer.... Cameron displayed unwillingness to work with me when I was genuinely trying to purchase a car at a fair price... Touting your sales accomplishments to me when you display zero of it means nothing...However, if you do decide to go there, I worked with Doug also, and he was very professional. This review does not reflect Doug, but Cameron.
