I purchased my vehicle almost one year ago and had such a great sales experience even though it is about 35-40 miles away from my home I drive back to Airpark for all of my service needs. Every employee I have dealt with has been great and will go to Airpark for any future car purchases. My husband had purchased his truck at Larry Miller Dodge and it has been such a nightmare dealing with them he is trying to switch his information to Airpark as well.
We have been shopping around for awhile. Have had some not too good experiences at other dealerships. I believe we were treated the best and I feel we got the best deal possible at Airpark. Brandon was very straight forward, friendly and not pushy at all. My wife and I are very happy (and I hope our son will be too) with out new purchase.
Plain and simple, I have purchased quite a few vehicles in my life and when I was dealing with Nathan Schwan, there was not the typicle hassle of buying a car. He was looking out for my best interest from the beginning and I was completely satisfied witht eh result. Stephen Gallo performed his job well as he explained in detail every option that I could of chosen.

Great experience. First dealer to treat me fairly on my trade. I like doing business with a family owned dealership rather than a corporately owned dealership because of the flexibility of a closely-held dealership in trades, deals, etc. I liked my experience so much that I referred a partner of mine to buy the Jeep I decided not to buy (in favor of the Challenger SRT8 -- wise choice). Roger is very knowledgeable on the service end. Gets my truck serviced quickly while I wait. Nathan was very knowledgeble on the entire Dodge truck line as well as the competitors trucks and was pleasant to negotiate with.
Buying a car can be one of the worst days of your life! NOT SO in this case! Richard was terrific to work with. He has a great sense of humor and made the whole experience stress free. No "slick sales manager closer guy" came to bug us. Richard did all of the negotiations with them. Joe also treated us very nicely even though his printer went on the blink 3/4 the way through the paper process.
