I would like to let you know and please pass this on that I would like to let you know and please pass this on that Chris Pachla and John Patrick were OUTSTANDING. I truly mean this! After a terrible accident on 8/2/11 Air Park was the Third dealership my wife and I stopped in and the first one to really attempt to do anything without some commitment from us. Damon Ebner is by far the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with.. He never gives up until he has what you want at the price you want, I have dubbed him the miracle man.. I will be a loyal customer of his for all purchases in the future no matter where he is.. He is a great asset to your dealership and I hope he is treated as such.. The level of service I was provided from the moment I walked in was great. I felt that I was treated fairly and that my happiness was your number 1 goal. The only thing that was a little unfortunate was that i had to atke the Jeep I purchased in for Service less than a week after I bought it. The service rep I worked with was great (Jeff Walz) and he had a rental car arranged for me.

I awlays have good sevice from Airpark Jeep, that's why I've always stayed with a Jeep. Last service I had I droped it off at 8:45am and it was ready by 11am, my rep called and asked permission to put a new wiper blade on, great service...

All I have to say is wow. I have never once gone to a dealership and been able to say that. Every dealer I have ever been to has treated me like a commission rather than a person. This was an entirely different experience. I was recommended by a customer of mine at my workplace so that is how I came here. I really enjoyed my visit to Air Park. I was greeted by Tate with a warm welcome smile. He was a pleasure doing business with. My overall experience was wonderful. I will be recommending others to visit your showroom.

everyone was nice and receptive ..we could not agree on a price but would certainly go back if needed. The cars are in great shape and well maintained.

Richard did a great job outlining the features of my new 300. He worked with us on what we were looking for and respected our decisions. We felt both parties ended in a satisfactory deal. We appreciated the price matching from the competition. We would recommend working with Richard. George did a great job sharing coverage plans. Greatly appreciated he also listened to our needs and matched products and services.

The service was good and I feel good with my purchase. The only flaw in the purchase was that the salesman didn't take me to the extras room to see if there were any additional add-ons I wanted and when I finally saw the area and went in I wanted to add something to my deal but they wouldn't do it.
