Roger your service Rep. is why I am pleased with your dealership. He remembers my name each time I come in and is always on top of the service that is needed on my truck. Van was my first point of contact when I called him about a flyer we received from Airpark Dodge. We weren't sure we would qualify for a vehicle, but when I told Van of our circumstances, he told us it wasn't a problem and invited us to stop in. We had certain financial considerations to deal with. Lisa's communication on the phone and through the internet were great. My wife and I felt pressured on the extended warranty/maintenance agreement as we normally don't buy one. We didn't feel both components were explained as well as they could have been. The only other thing was the side edge caps for the bed liner were missing which I felt was a little questionable since all bed liners I have ever seen have those caps. Evan and Tate took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a new vehicle and went the "extra mile" to listen and do all they were able to locate EXACTLY what I was searching for. Freindly,helpful and fast is my desciption of the service i was given from beginning to the financials of the sale. All was very much appreciated and will be reccomended to freinds and family. Thank you Bob Struassman nothing i would of expected from a car dealership or a car salesman. If you are looking for a new vehicle call Bob he will help you out. This guy works side by side with his wife of 24 years craziest thing i've ever seen and they are a great team which makes it more crazy and shows what good people they are.

My overall experience was great! I felt that all the staff was sincerely friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed working with Ian Stone who sold me my jeep! He was laid back, never pressured me and made me feel comfortable about my purchase. He was very easy to talk to and was willing to take the time to make this purchase work for me. I felt that he went above and beyond to make me happy. I love my jeep and will recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
