I purchased my Jeep at Airpark, and have always had it serviced there. I receive superior customer service from Michael Calu. Just as important is the stability of the staff. I do not like to see different faces every time I visit a dealership.

I was in the dealership for new brakes and an oil change. Aaron is my new service advisor and he did a great job of handling the repairs and explaining what was done. He is knowledgeable, pleasant and definitely an asset to Airpark ChryslerJeepDodge. Thank you for the excellent service.

Love our Jeep Wrangler Unlimited....outfitted just the way we wanted...very smooth transaction...no pressure....fair price for jeep and our trade in....overall a great experience working with Nathan.....we'll definitely come back next time we are looking for a new car.

Everyone treated me with great respect and consideration. The service department took a much shorter period of time than I was led to expect and I appreciated this very much. Mary, who sold me an extended warranty went out of her way to get me very favorable terms.

I had a fabulous experience with the folks at Airpark I had a fabulous experience with the folks at Airpark Dodge. They gave me over $4000 more for my trade-in than another Valley dealer offered. They gave me a reasonable price for a used Nitro R/T that included navigation, back-up sensors, and remote start. Then to top it all off, the finance department was able to get my interest rate down to prime rates even though I had just been through a foreclosure. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Not once did I feel pressured or harrassed the way you do at other dealerships. When it is time to buy my wife a car we will be coming here.

We were looking for a specific model on Saturday. A 1500 Express Truck which are fairly rare at the moment. Brandon was very helpful in searching the inventory but we determined the crew cab express will not be available till 2012. We are waiting to see what they look like once the dealershiup gets one in.

Fred was very helpful in determining the right Dodge car for my son. He listened carefully to our needs/requirements and recommended two versions of the Avenger that would be good choices. I really appreciate the non-pressure approach that Fred uses. He understood that I wanted to test drive and compare to other makes/models and that I would not be purchasing that day. If I make a final decision to go with the Avenger, I will definitely purchase it from Fred!
