Fred Nielsen did a great job of follow thru and getting me my answers about a Honda Touring Van that they had listed. Chris Pachla was his partner and was very helpful in helping us. We liked the Honda and worked out a acceptable deal and Mitch the Sales Mgr was very nice to work with. My husband has Parkinson and can't walk very well and the Honda Van is perfect for our needs. Everything went very well. Fred went the extra mile to help me out. -Much appreciated. Their was only only issue I had purchasing my Jeep. 1. I waited for over 2 hours to talk to a finance official. That is unacceptable. This was not Fred's fault by any means. Luckily the finance guy knew I had to make it quick which helped the processing time. I went into the dealership not sure what full size truck I wanted, Jon spent quite a long time reviewing the various models with me, explaining the many options, reviewing the inventory to find the trucks that best matched my preferences, etc. He did all of this with great patience and no pressure. I truly appreciated his efforts. I returned the next day and he spent a long time with me again. Once i decided upon a specific truck he worked to help get me a great deal. If there is such thing as a "Pleasant car buying experience", this might have been it. Chris Pachla was patient and familiar with all of the many vehicles I test drove. My wife and I did not feel trapped or pressured at any time during a fairly lengthy visit. We ultimately purchased a new Grand Cherokee Overland and we are very happy with the vehicle, the delivery process, and the financing. Brandon was great to work with. He answered all of our questions and really tried to find a vehicle for us. We didn't have any luck, but would work with Brandon again, if he has something come in that is suitable for us.

I needed some warranty work done on my car. Everything was taken care of or the parts ordered, then taken care of. Everyone is always very courtious and pleasant to work with.
