Mark was incredibly efficient, easy to work with and patient with us. Every part of the inspection was well explained. Areas of concern were evaluated in real-time with him. He was cordial and made the entire process extremely easy and enjoyable.

Dylan, our inspector was fantastic!!! Detailed, honest and quick! I would recommend this company as I had a sewer scope as well- the sewer scope guys were great as well!!!! I'm a Realtor and will refer this company to ALL MY BUYERS!!!!

Stacy did the inspection on a condo we are possibly going to buy and he was great! Very thorough and explained in detail all the things he found that were questionable. We've bought and sold many properties and Stacy is the best inspector we have ever had.
