I was able to schedule my home inspection in a very timely manner. The inspector arrived on time and spent a great deal of time going through every possible item that could cause us a problem after the home purchase. He found, itemized and photographed every issue with an explanation and recommendations for remediation. He provided a written report with photos. He was courteous and very respectful of the property. Highly recommended based on this experience.

Just bought my first home and had AJF come out to conduct the buyers inspection and Sewer Scope Inspection. We met Claudie at the house after the completion of the inspection to review his findings. He was extremely thorough and professional. Being a first time home buyer he was very patient and walked us through everything in a way we understood it. I would recommend AJF to any friends and family members every time. We also received our report the same day which can't be beat.

We sold our home and the buyers hired AJF to do their inspection. They were so fantastic and they were working on behalf of the buyer but they were so polite and thorough and sensitive to our needs and respectful being in our home. Punctual, professional, thorough, and friendly, what's not to like? We contracted with AJF to inspect a house we were buying in Fountain Hills.
