In the process of buying a new home & they did a a very thorough inspection, every picture had a description which made it really easy to go through. I was able to talk to them about certain issues that came up in the report. They were fast, efficient, thorough & great customer-service. I would def use them again if needed.

I had a fantastic experience with AJF! This is my first house purchase, and I had so many concerns and questions. The appointment scheduling process went so smoothly, and the woman who scheduled (Maria) was friendly and responsive. AJF Inspections & Engineering were fantastic to work with from the beginning to the end. Ashley was able to get us an inspection appointment right away (helpful in a fast pace market). The person that did the inspection and wrote the report was very professional. He went over everything with us and gave a great explanation. I would not hesitate to use this company again they are very professional and so are their reports.

AJF was scheduled my new home inspection very quickly, and the inspector, Russ, was very thorough. He also spent a a fair amount of time with me reviewing the report, answering all my questions and walking me around to show things. Should note this is my fifth home purchase so I've had others for comparison.
