AJF had one of the best inspector on site with us. Tylor was on time and very precise on single steps of his inspection. After we review the report, he gave every single items a suggestion and solution. Which is very helpful for the future owner. I recommend their service.

These inspectors saved me from buying a house that was in significantly worse shape than we thought. Everything they found was apparently looked over by other inspectors when the seller bought the home 18 months ago. I'm very thankful for the expertise, and professionalism Mark, Manny, and Jesús had. Would definitely recommend AJF & I'll be using them again.

I only use AJF Engineering for my home inspections. They are prompt, thorough and have great customer service. They accommodate my schedule everytime. They have caught numerous problems with the homes saving my clients hundreds of dollars. They are THEE best!

Extremely thorough review, took around 3 - 3.5hrs for inspection on a property around 1200 sqft as well as the write up to be completed. I went with my Realator and he admitted to me it was one of the more thorough inspections he has ever seen. Inspector's name was James Smedley who broke down the inspection piece for piece for me at the end which was very clear.
