I have used home inspection services many times over the years and in several different states and found AJF to be the most qualified and detailed in their inspection than any service I have used. Ben who did our inspection did an absolute tremendous job and took as much time as needed to explain each an every issue he found. Would highly recommend AJF for your home inspection..... worth every penny

We just got a purchase agreement the week of Christmas... with a need to close ASAP... thought the inspection would be a 2-3 week delay... AJF showed up in 2 days, did a amazingly thorough job - great report delivered allowing us to move forward quickly and efficiently.

With our recent home purchase, our relator was referred to AJF Engineering & Home Inspectors by another relator. We had an excellent experience. Mark was professional , thorough and patient. Inspection report was very detailed with pictures and reasons for concerns. Mark also completed a walk-through to review all items on the report inside and out. My wife and I had a lot of questions and Mark was patient and courteous. We appreciated the extra time he spent with us. Would recommend their services.
