Alfonso was very clear each step of the way and when we came down to the final stretch, he did everything in his power to make sure we closed on time despite the bumps on the road we encountered. He was great and straightforward during the process, giving us a clear view of what to expect.

We used Al and Karen at prime lending and were such a huge help. Al was always updating us throughout every part of the process and was always available to call. He is such a friendly voice to speak to and we really enjoyed our conversations with him. Highly recommend Al at prime lending when going through the loan process.

He has a friendly and positive attitude which makes for a wonderful working experience. He is the very best there is and continue to come back to him whenever the opportunity exist.

I was recommended to Alphonso by a neighbor after another mortgage broker took months to get anything accomplished with paper processing and scan docs. Everything with Alphonso was electronic including documents and signatures. Approval came back in a month from start to finish. Would recommend Alphonso and Prime for anyone looking for a great experience.

Working with Al and his team was a great success. With changing close dates and a few bumps along the way we definitely kept him busy! I learned a lot along the way as he was great at explaining everything and not just rushing through the process. We are in our new home about a month and very happy we chose to work with Al, Karen and the Prime Lending team!!
