I started the mortgage process by talking to a bank. Not a great way to go, they are very cold and you are just a number in their queue. Then my wife and I spoke to Al. I spoke to a few different lenders but Alfonso's team was the only one that made me feel comfortable. Other lenders are either constantly pitching themselves and it feels like a sales trap or are unresponsive.
