2 loans and both times we have approached Alfonso Esposito and closed on time. For our second loan we did not even bother cross shopping. Sure, rates might be a few percentage up and down elsewhere but we are convinced no one will match the Service, timeliness and the thoroughness of Alfonso Esposito. We only have 2 words for him. "Thank you!"

Al has always explained the loan process very well. He explained each process in terms that I can understand very clearly. He kept in touch with me even after my loan was handed over to the underwriters. Anyone will enjoy having Al at their side because he will always be there ag every step of the way. If you're looking for a lender whos honest, patient, and thorough, Alfonso is the guy. He was patient in explaining each step thoroughly and completely honest from the start with any questions I had. He made the process very easy and less stressful and most importantly his work ethic showed in each email and phone conversation.

He made it easy. Very informative about all the steps way before and very flexible. Simply perfect pick if somebody wants a hassle free experience. I am able to close my loan on time with out any stress just because of the prime lending. I would definitely suggest Alfonso and prime lending for anybody like us mainly (First time buyers) to trust on them for your first home buying experience.

Al and his team are not only a class act to work with on your own loan, Al went above and beyond reaching out to resources to expedite another loan so I could close on time. Not only would I recommend him to everyone I know, I would absolutely use him again!
