Alfonso went above and beyond every step of the way during this process. What is normally known as a pain staking stage in buying a home I was informed, property guided and confident from begin to end. No matter what day of the week nor what time of day/night Alfonso answered any questions or needs that came forth.

I worked with Al and team a year and a half ago when I purchased my home and now just completed a re-fi transaction with him. Everything I wrote in my original review still holds true--so easy to work with! Al and team make a really complex transaction super easy. I'd be happy to work with Al again or to recommend him to anyone.

When purchasing your first home there are a lot of unknowns and a whole lot of questions you need answered. Luckily for me, Al was always there to answer all of my questions and helped guide me through the whole mortgage process. Al and his team were always accessible and provided excellent service. I would definitely work with Al and his team again in the future.

Working with Al was absolutely fantastic. As a first time home buyer I was unfamiliar with a lot of the process and paperwork associated, but Al walked me through everything and answered all of my phone calls (which there were many of). He was really supportive and excited for me throughout the process too and was overall just very easy to work with. Buying a house and applying for a mortgage can be very stressful. I can tell you that Alfonso made this process so easy for us. This was our second time working with Al and it was well worth it - he is knowledgeable, patient, flexible when needed and great to partner with on a process that can be unnerving, long and at times, stressful. He and his team always picked up the phone, kept us informed, gave us reasonable deadlines and worked quickly when we needed them to to get us to our closing date. Highly recommend!
