I highly recommend Al, his team and PrimeLending. From the first conversation with Al, I felt very comfortable. Al took the time to alway explain the process in detail. He made buying our first home an easy process. One of the things I feared in the home buying process was the mortgage and it went so well. We always knew the next step and what to expect. I can’t thank him enough for the excellent service. I would definitely use him again if we purchase another home and will recommend him to any I know buying a home.

I can't say enough kind words about how helpful Al and his team were for my wife and I. We closed a couple weeks ago on our first home and we would have been lost in the process if it wasn't for Al. Al is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was working with another lender and ended up with Al through a referral, no competition. You get a true professional who really knows everything there is to know about the process and being local the area. The float down option that is free also saved me on my mortgage. Alphonso was incredible to work with. Our journey started in a flurry about 6 months before our actual closing. A property came on the market that we couldn't pass up and our realtor put us in touch with Al at PrimeLending. He helped to get us up to speed and qualified super quickly for a Reno loan, unfortunately it wasn't meant to be and we were outbid on the property.
