You're workers are disgusting and dishonest, my vehicle was searched. I would never recommend anyone to this company.

Took our Highlander in for 30,000 service. Was told $92. For service. After a hour service guy came and said a rodent chewed the air filter and the bill would be $600. I asked for replacing a filter. Clean up for filter replacement was an additional $500. Was totally ripped off. Will be my last trip!! Took 3 hours.

Terrible used car sales department. Vehicle was to be delivered on Feb 3. Today, February 11, it hasn't been delivered yet. They promised to call me but no one has done it.

I usually have a great experience with this dealer but had issues last week. The window tinting was a mess. Back windshield not even cleaned and couldn’t hardly see anything through the rear view mirror. Streaks of liquid marks running done each door under each of the 4 windows. The front windshield was not tinted because I didn’t ask them to tint it?? The shuttle picked me up at work an hour later than I requested. Anyway not very happy this time. After being on the phone for almost an hour trying to reach someone about my Platinum Extended warranty, I will never buy another car from your dealership. Your customer service was rude and not helpful in anyway. They just continued to transfer me over and over again to either full voice mail boxes or no answer. Finally, I get someone on the phone who tells me to go find my paperwork and look it up yourself. It was Ok, but was disappointed because I felt like I had to fight for the reimbursement for a rental and a toe truck to be considered. My car had a recall, I was not in control of what happen! I’m still waiting to be reimbursed. it’s been a week to day.

VERY DISAPPOINTING. We called Al Hendrickson Toyota about a specific vehicle we planned on buying. We had a 12:45pm appointment. They knew we were driving from 2.5hrs away to buy this specific vehicle. They confirmed our appointment that morning and then again 30min before we arrived at the dealership at about 12:15. Only to find that they allowed another customer buy this specific vehicle that we just drove 2.5hrs away on a confirmed appointment, only to have that same vehicle get sold right in front of our face.
