This could have been a perfect review. Jarrett helped me yesterday with my airbag recall for my 2007 Corolla. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't push to hard when I told him I didn't want to do anything else. It was a great experience. Then, a few hours later, I went back to pick up my car. ATTENTION****They lye to me and my nephew, they say that after a year of having my Camry I could go and get a new one staring from scratch owing zero from my previous car, I when back after a year and they wanted to only pay half of my current Camry and carry the rest over to the other new car, I had problems from the beginning....*****PLEASE DON'T GO THERE...PLUS GO A LITTLE UP NORTH THE CARS ARE CHEAPER . *****
The 2nd biggest mistake I made in my life was was buy a truck at this location. They lied about the price I paid for the car and they inflated the interest rate to 7% when I was qualified so 2% wen I refinance my loan. It is my fault for believing what they said and not reading the paperwork, but please don't make the same mistake I did
Worst ever. They are nothing but liars. I got the oil done and they gave me an estimate on all the repairs I needed for the car. They seemed like they had a great deal for the tires so I went in today at 7AM and I even showed them then estimate I was given and they said no the estimate they gave me was labor only . So the new estimate was 300 dollars more! And I had called before hand to confirm the pricing ! Liars! Shitty experience! Called to speak to the supervisor and he wouldn't even answer the phone ! The sales me are the worst they are low life scum bags I did business with Jerry and bill they said I was approved for a truck on my birthday gave me payments signed the papers and and left with the truck had it for three weeks went in to get washed and they took it back I do not recommend using al Hendrickson for your business because they'll rob you
Service simply stinks!! 10:00 appointment for oil Change and still here at 3:00. Waiting room is dingy. Advisor was nice but whole experience is painful. I'll be trying anew dealership in 2016.
My father-in-law handed in a car with 6 months left on a lease - with about $1,200 total left. Instead of explaining that paying this amount would satisfy the terms of the lease, they took the car and had it auctioned - after which he got a bill for $7,000. Left multiple voicemails at the dealership, and tried messaging them on FB as well - no one called back. Terrible business practice.
The service is terrible, i have a toyota since a year ago and have been at the service area for several times. but just to give you an example, i went there yesterday to have an oil change and car wash. They told me it would take between 3 to 4 hours but it actually took 5 hours. then, whan i was going to leave, noticed that the wash was not detailed as it was supposed to be and there were still areas that were not cleaned. Bought a new rav4 yesterday and everything went good untl today when i was showing the car to my relatives and opened the hood which has pieces of rubber broken and ripping apart, one of the hose had a rubber piece that was ripped and inside under the hood had a hole. I felt so embarrassed!!!!!!!! Did i get used car???????
