I went back 3x in 2 days due to something continuously being wrong. Horrible.
The service department is horrible. We put the car in the shop on Wednesday, December 14th and have had limited communication regarding the status of the car. I have asked the Service Department when the car would be ready and was told Friday at 11:00 a.m. When asked what could I do for this inconvenience I was told I could rent from enterprise. I would not recommend using this organization as they do not have quality customer services.
What kind of used car salesman believes that the way to treat customers is to advertise an attractive sale price to lure them in then add 25% in junk fees and insult them if they reject the deal?
the most unprofessional people ever, worst dealership out there, i came all the way from miami to buy this car and in the middle of the negotiation they said that they sold the car because they where not going to get what they want from me, they where giving me twist numbers and crazy options, they said they sale 1000 cars a month i don't know to who, they are a bunch of scams, this place sucks i will never go back there and i won't recommend this place not even to my worst enemy. very disrespectful people
CHECK HIDDEN COSTS BEFORE STARTING ANY DISCUSSION OR TEST DRIVE! Scheduled a test drive for a vehicle with price tag of $13977. Was told out the door cost was $18,000! $1299 for electronic filing fee, $899 nitrous for tires, $699 dealer fee!!! Plus tax which you expect. Left there feeling so ripped off and disappointed. Shame on you!

Used car sales manager/financing manager are total scam artist avoid like the plague! A family member and I were there to purchase either a 2016 charger RT, 2016 A4 or 2016 CLA 250 after taking them out for a test drive we decided on the charger RT.. We asked our sales rep Huggy if it would be possible to take the vehicle to our mechanic and have a overnight test drive, huggy said of course in good faith I left them my vehicle and $1000 refundable deposit and had my insurance forwarded to that vehicle.. and no other paperw... read more
I bought my Toyota Camry a few years ago and I am still loving the ride. The only thing I have an issue with is the false advertising I received when I set up my service appointment. After going through the process of setting up the appt., I was given a price of 21.99 online. When my husband takes the car in they charged him 49.99. When I asked why, I was told the price was never 21.99 and he didn't know where I got that price from
