So I Visited this Dealership to Inquire about Purchasing a Toyota Pickup, and was very Clear to the Sales Rep that I am here ONLY to Look and not Buy, he asked me to Fill out 1 Form and told me "Don't Worry they will only do a Soft Pull of your Credit " just so I can get an "Idea" of what the Payments would be Like, so I trusted him and Did. Just want to let everyone know what a farce this place is! We went in to buy a Sequoia. This one, specifically on their website!!! 2016 Toyota Sequoia 4WD 5.7L FFV Limited VIN:5TDJW5G17GS146921 Stock: T7077 MSRP:$61,183 Our Best Price Is: $45,887. This car was used by the General Manager and has 3800 miles on it. After providing all of our info, they had the gall to give us a MRSP of 67,000 and try to make a deal of 62,000 totally ignoring their advertised price on their web site! This is the worst place ever to buy a car. They will wasted 6 hours of your life.They were very rude and unprofessional towards me, to the point I had to get police involved. Gerson was the worst sales man, horrible experience with Smith Rock, avoid Tony Acosta. Now I understand why they do not wear name tags. I promise on my grandmothers gave , please avoid this place you will regret it. JUST STAY AWAY!!!!!
This is the worst experience I've ever had buying a car!! 100% Hidden Fees I was charged $3000 to be exact ..
