I do not recommend this place to buy a vehicle, since they sell you crashed vehicles without notification, I found out a year later that the purchased vehicle was crashed because they themselves wanted me to change for a new vehicle, the seller asks me if I had crashed the vehicle which I said no, I was left with the doubt I did not make any change, I went to carmax I sent him a checkup and there is tell me that the car if it was collided 2 months before I bought it, he told me where to buy the vehicle I told him that they... read more
My wife purchased a van from Al Hendrickson and has been waiting on a Second Row Middle Seat for the van since Oct/ Nov 2019. We have been in contact with them over the entire time and they will text or call, say they are going to get this addressed and then vanish. If this is what they consider great customer service I think they need to reconsider their approach.
BE VERY AWARE!!! Staring with Patrick the salesman. Poor guy had no training or clue. The big guy Erick, oh boy this guy is the ring leader. He should be at a buy here pay here type of place. I will remain a Toyota fan for life. Be careful, aware & better yet stay away from this dealership.
I just want to say I would be very careful from the minute you walk inside. I would suggest to bring a lawyer with you. these very professional scam Artist are running a yo-yo scam. (search yoyo scam). they took advantage of me, taking away my new vehicle after I already had it for 22 days in my possession contract signed and all (2020 Toyota Tacoma). and had render my old vehicle which has a current recall (2019 Toyota Tacoma). they left me with out neither car stranded, when finally the next day they dropped back the 201... read more

Brought my 1 year old Highlander in after the check engine light went on. Been back 3 times since to fix the problem. Today was the 3rd visit in a week and I requested a loaner upon arrival. I was told the part wouldn't take long to replace. 2 hrs later they come back and say they made a mistake and the car actually needs a second piece which they don't have and have to order. All the loaners were taken at this point! Now I have to bring my car back for a 4th time. Unacceptable!
I had went in for a oil change and they said the drain plug was stripped. They said it was wear and tear after my 40 years of working on cars have only heard that when someone over screws it, and they have been the only one to maintain the car. I fell like taken advantage of.
The sales associate was very helpful however the GM, Ernie Sims was extremely disrespectful and condescending. He ridiculed me, basically told me I didn't know anything about the business and tried to embarrass me in front of his staff. Luckily, I found the exact same car with less miles and leather interior with a sales team that treated me with respect.
They did work that I didn’t authorize. I texted them and said any work to be done was to be authorized by me. They say they never got the text. My husband who’s had a stroke didn’t understand what they were telling him so he agreed. When I spoke to Jarred I explained that to him. He did take some off the bill. It shouldn’t have gotten that far
