i test drove used hyundai santa fe few weeks ago. Came in this weekend to get it. manager would not budge on price. STAY AWAY! Even if the car is under warranty. 2017 durango 20,000 miles Had a leak and dealership wouldn’t do it bc someone used jb weld on it for a band aid. These guys will ignore calls for problem cars they sold. Right after purchasing the car they gave it to us on empty and whatever we went to fill up and couldnt they didnt believe us took it back they couldnt fill it up and said its under warranty so we took it to dealer they replaced the fuel nozzle then month later coolant leak.
There service is fabulous and quick with no hassle,,,Buying a car there is totally undesireable,,Lots of pressure and lousy prices,,,
Bought a car from this dealership for my brother came out to 9400. This was a black Ford fiesta it was a pretty nice car had low mileage. After owning the car for three weeks the engine light turned on immediately contacted the dealership, but took it to them to get it looked at and was told they can’t look at it because it’s a Ford and then I had to take it to a different dealership which cost me out of my pocket $70 just to look at the vehicle. I do not recommend this place to buy a vehicle, since they sell you crashed vehicles without notification, I found out a year later that the purchased vehicle was crashed because they themselves wanted me to change for a new vehicle, the seller asks me if I had crashed the vehicle which I said no, I was left with the doubt I did not make any change, I went to carmax I sent him a checkup and there is tell me that the car if it was collided 2 months before I bought it, he told me where to buy the vehicle I told him that they... read more
My wife purchased a van from Al Hendrickson and has been waiting on a Second Row Middle Seat for the van since Oct/ Nov 2019. We have been in contact with them over the entire time and they will text or call, say they are going to get this addressed and then vanish. If this is what they consider great customer service I think they need to reconsider their approach.

BE VERY AWARE!!! Staring with Patrick the salesman. Poor guy had no training or clue. The big guy Erick, oh boy this guy is the ring leader. He should be at a buy here pay here type of place. I will remain a Toyota fan for life. Be careful, aware & better yet stay away from this dealership.

I just want to say I would be very careful from the minute you walk inside. I would suggest to bring a lawyer with you. these very professional scam Artist are running a yo-yo scam.
