I purchased a new Prius in February when my previous car died. Since I live in Georgia, they had to do something to get my title and gave me a temporary license plate. The title was still not compete, so they faxed me a replacement plate in March. I still don't have the title so I need another temporary plate (or some explanation about the delay). Dont waste your time!!!! Let me leave with the car telling me ya you should be fine with the bank ive seen people in worse shape than you. All to wait a week before i hear from them telling me i need to put down a whole lot more money! i would have rather gotten a flat out no instead of getting stuck with all the aggravtion! Attention car buyers: DO NOT purchase a vehicle of any sort from Al Hendrickson Toyota, especially not from Francisco Sanchez. They lie by omission, dismiss you if you don't speak fluent Spanish, and, after the sale, treat you like you're a leper. This place sucks!!!! This is how they treat a family of Toyota owners. My mother-in-law bought a 2015 Camry Hybrid and the dealer never balanced the tires. Why are your parts overpriced from other dealerships? Thankfully they didn't have the part I needed and I went to Lipton off Oakland and I-95. I was pleasantly surprised not only did they have the part I needed but it was cheaper.
I went back 3x in 2 days due to something continuously being wrong. Horrible.
The service department is horrible. We put the car in the shop on Wednesday, December 14th and have had limited communication regarding the status of the car. I have asked the Service Department when the car would be ready and was told Friday at 11:00 a.m. When asked what could I do for this inconvenience I was told I could rent from enterprise. I would not recommend using this organization as they do not have quality customer services.
What kind of used car salesman believes that the way to treat customers is to advertise an attractive sale price to lure them in then add 25% in junk fees and insult them if they reject the deal?
the most unprofessional people ever, worst dealership out there, i came all the way from miami to buy this car and in the middle of the negotiation they said that they sold the car because they where not going to get what they want from me, they where giving me twist numbers and crazy options, they said they sale 1000 cars a month i don't know to who, they are a bunch of scams, this place sucks i will never go back there and i won't recommend this place not even to my worst enemy. very disrespectful people
