Let the buyer beware! $9,000 snuck into car financing total!!! Extended service contract $2000, car service plan $2500, Gap insurance $899, road hazard $589, Nitrogen tire fill service/supplies. $899. Dealer services $695, Electronic Filing Fee $1299. Was able to cancel $6,000 but monthly payments based on inflated total loan amount and now I have to hope they pay it down. Almost $3000 left for the privilege of buying from Al Hendrickson. Factor that in when comparing dealers. I would not trust Brett Benson.

Had an appointment for 9:45. Still waiting for my car 3 hours later...
Received an email stating Al Hendrickson wanted to buy my 4Runner and also stated "I will do anything to buy your car." So I humored Benjamin S. and went in to meet him after receiving his email. Ben told the sales guy multiple times that he wanted my 4Runner. Well, the sales guy brings around a new 4Runner to test drive and told me I was getting an upgrade. Don't use these guys. My lease was up on my Mercedes, they agreed to take the car and put the mileage penalty into the price, and pay it off with Mercedes, guess what, it never happened! Now I am getting calls from Mercedes for the money. They are crooks. I tried calling and fixing and no one did anything.
I purchased a new Prius in February when my previous car died. Since I live in Georgia, they had to do something to get my title and gave me a temporary license plate. The title was still not compete, so they faxed me a replacement plate in March. I still don't have the title so I need another temporary plate (or some explanation about the delay). Dont waste your time!!!! Let me leave with the car telling me ya you should be fine with the bank ive seen people in worse shape than you. All to wait a week before i hear from them telling me i need to put down a whole lot more money! i would have rather gotten a flat out no instead of getting stuck with all the aggravtion! Attention car buyers: DO NOT purchase a vehicle of any sort from Al Hendrickson Toyota, especially not from Francisco Sanchez. They lie by omission, dismiss you if you don't speak fluent Spanish, and, after the sale, treat you like you're a leper. This place sucks!!!! This is how they treat a family of Toyota owners. Why are your parts overpriced from other dealerships? Thankfully they didn't have the part I needed and I went to Lipton off Oakland and I-95. I was pleasantly surprised not only did they have the part I needed but it was cheaper.
