I have been requesting broadband Internet from this company for 2 years, though their support staff is very kind they cannot get results. My parents have ACS and we all have been loyal customers for as long as I can remember. However, they are incapable of keeping up within their own network, even in areas that are nearby a town that is well populated. If for any reason after the 9th month in a row your internet still is the most dodgy pos experienced anywhere they will fine you heavily to simply cancel.... Do not use this scam of a company
Alaska Communications Systems (ACS) uses the Berry Company to publish its yellow pages. The Berry Company dumped about 15 books along our neighborhood road in front of the mailboxes. I called the Berry Company to complain about the problem. I was assured the books would be gone in 24 hours. They didn't pick them up. Called a 2nd time and talked to a Berry Company rep in Ohio who said they would pick up the books, but they still didn't do it. I'm usually not one to complain to companies because I know they have a lot of people they deal with everyday but when I'm calling once to twice a week and still not getting any help I'm beyond done with acs. I wouldn't even give them one star. Paying monthly just for my wifi to barley work.
