I am one of those people who have an unreasonable fear of dentists. Not just the typical dread; a childhood trauma led to a PTSD level reaction to even thinking about visiting a dentist. The folks at this office made me feel more relaxed than I have ever felt at a dentist office. Dr. Niles is excellent in procedure as far as I can tell, but more importantly she seems to go about her job with such calm that it is easy to relax. Visited Aspen Dental today for a consult for a broken tooth - from start to finish it was all very pleasant. As someone who HATES going to the dentist, I felt very comfortable here, happy to have had the consult and scheduled to get work done that I've been putting off far too long. Finances were stated clearly within my treatment plan, nothing was forced, pick and choose what you feel is reasonable and work on it little by little, makes sense, very flexible. Highly recommend this office for those in the area

I have been to this Aspen Dental office twice this year. The first time in March for an extraction. I must say that on both occasions the staff and dentists have been a total pleasure to work with. They explain what is going on and are very helpful in general. The office itself is very pleasing. I will make them my dentist of choice from now on. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed!

This place deserves every bit of the 5 stars I am rating them. Exceptionally friendly staff that show genuine empathy and caring for their patients even when it seems nobody is looking. You don't get this kind of service anymore. Coming from somebody that has made a career in Customer Experience Quality Assurance I am impressed by this place of business. Keep up the great work!!!

My first visit I was quite disappointed. Not only did aspen call me twice to reschedule this appointment (once just several hours before the appointment after I already called out of work), but my first visit I got two fillings and I definitely wasn't numb enough, the dr left me mid-filling actually. Like there were legitimate holes in my teeth and he left me just hanging out and then mysteriously returned. I have a Snapchat to prove it! That's how long! Love the new hygienist! She is very thorough and professional. Nothing like the old one who overlooked a piece of food (maybe?) stuck between my teeth last visit. I hope they keep her!

I had a great experience with the dental and billing staff. My only complaint was that I arrived 15 minutes early per request. I knew I needed to fill out paperwork as a new patient. The front desk didn't look at the sign in sheet for 50 minutes. They were gossiping and laughing. Which is fine, just acknowledge people are there for their appointment and give them what they need to fill out. They weren't busy as there was only one other person. Great staff from front desk, hygentist to dentist. I hate going to dentist but they make it a good experience. Very professional.
