I think they're con artists- judging by their lack of knowledge and poor customer service. They ran around in circles trying to avoid honoring their money back guarantee on their dentures. The staff seemed unclear of the policy and we got several different answers from different staff. After months of inquiring- I finally told them I was done with this and I need to talk to the dr directly. Just because I put the pressure on them, they decided to honor it. Terrible experience!!! First time customer...I went in for my x ray and evaluation and scheduled all the work they recommended (2600 dollars). The first thing I was having done was having two wisdom teeth removed by the oral surgeon along with being put under for the procedure. I made the appointment to have the surgery done in four days. I was told not to eat any food or even drink any water 8 hrs prior to the surgery. I arrived 30 min early to be prompt. Dental work is good, but I went for a cleaning they wanted 50.00 on top of my insurance for a paradoxical cleaning. I told them I didn't want it they said I had to pay or go. Never went back again. One time I had to email corporate just so they would contact me before the above happened.
I wish I could give a zero rating! I went to Aspen Dental because I no longer have insurance and they offered a free exam and xray. The wait was horrendous (it took over 2 hours) and they told me I had gingivitis and needed extensive dental work. I had never even had a cavity before! They did not even do the cleaning in which I had made the appointment for, they informed me they "don't do those on your first visit".
