I started the full denture procedure at Aspen Dental Pt St Lucie West, Florida on black Friday 2019, I went home with my immediate dentures and started the healing process/ trying to get used to a mouth full of acrylic !! I went back to Aspen as directed for adjustments as needed while waiting for my mouth to heal/permanents to be made. I had to keep going back to have bone fragments sawed of my jaw bone/w stitches that were causing me a lot of pain, causing me more healing time. Here I am, looking for a reliable dentist. I noticed that most reviews focus on how nicely they were treated by the staff and how pleasant the dentist was & how nice the office was. And then I found others that were willing to share their horror stories. Hygienist are good but poorly run business. Had several mishaps with appointments for the family. Wife waited over two hours and they said the didn't know she was there. Didn't check her in although we gave all the names upon arrival. Switched my insurance and was told I had to reschedule because it would take too long to verify.

Aspen Dental St Lucie West has the worst community relationship I've ever experienced at a dental office. My first experience was terrible. After being injected with novacane multiple times, even after it forced an adverse reaction, I finally had enough. I now have severe anxiety going to that office. I am still waiting for my permanent crown after two months. i am told that a crown can last several months even though I over heard another patient in the office being told that two months is too long. I'm in total agreement with those folks who gave Aspen Dental, Port St. Lucie a one star rating. Long story, short.....these people are inept, unprofessional, incompetent and ineffecient. They talk a good game but don't be fooled. It's just that.....all talk. Definitely, do your homework!

This place is a sham and so is the company. I got a root canal after I had my daughter and spent thousands of dollars with them and now that I am pregnant again and they said the root canal failed and I have to spend more money to get it reconstructed. I'm currently 6 months pregnant and have to go through a procedure again and spend money to get my tooth fixed. When I wrote a post on my social media and tag they said to contact them and all they will say is that 5% of them fail. There is no accountability. DONT Go Here

I went to Aspen Dental in Port Saint Lucie FL, complaining about sensitivity in a tooth. I was told I needed root canal and a crown. They insisted I prepaid for the treatment and I did. After the procedure they put on a temporary crown which was very painful for 2 weeks. When I received the permanent crown it was the wrong color and it did not fit correctly. The dentist Summer Niles then began to grind down the crown and also started grinding my upper tooth above the crown. That made everything much worse! Now I have two tee... read more

If I could honestly give 0 stars to this place I would. The customer service you get from these people are straight garbage. I get better service from my garbage men during the week. I call early in the morning got placed on a 30 minute hold, I finally hung up because they had forgotten about the hold and never returned. I call back and left a message with the service, waited for a return call never got one. Called them several more times after that and it was still the same pattern. I am totally shocked by the dentistry here in Florida I went to Aspen dental and I cannot believe the cost of dental not only that but the regular dentist cannot perform a root canal and you have to go to a specialist and that is extremely expensive. I'm very disappointed in the whole system I'm in pain and they cannot get me in for a root canal until April 8 however I had to pay for the service prior to having the root canal done.
