DEFINATELY 100 out of 5 stars. I went to the Aspen Dental in Vero Beach and had a HORRIBLE experience. I was more than a little nervous when I decided to try the Aspen Dental closer to home in Port Saint Lucie. I was very pleasantly surprised. Their ENTIRE staff treated me like it was an honor to have me choose their practice for the dental work I needed. The pricing was more than fair. I wasn't given an outrageous dental plan. My advised if you used Aspen Dental is that you verify and re-confirm that they do accept your insurance, and that the figures they give you are correct. Check with your insurance company and do not take Aspen Dental word for it. I was mislead and lied to When I asked Aspen Dental for an explaining they were about as helpful as a heat attack. By far the best Experience I have had at a Dental office. You can tell the staff truly cares and they love their job. Dr. Niles is by far the kindest and most compassionate Dentist I have ever met. Go here for you dental needs.
I've read some bad reviews about Aspen Dental so was a little concerned. My first appointment was today and I could not be happier. I wanted to get a new denture .Everyone was professional and very nice. Dr. Niles was great and Joann was so personable great office.great staff..
The Aspen Dental staff were very professional, friendly and eager to make your visit memorable. I need to have major dental work done. They explained what they wanted to do in an easily understandable manner. If I do not like the results of what they do, they assured me they would make it right. I'd recommend this dental practice to anyone.

My husband and I took the day off from work for the dental cleanings we THOUGHT we scheduled. Be prepared to waste 1.5 hours of your time with multiple "check ups" by different people and a sales pitch at the end. No cleaning to be had and NOBODY will tell you that upfront. Avoid this place.

Very dirty! I have never been to a dentist facility so filthy. Luckily I just went in to get a crown glued back on and that was it. Everything was off, the people and the dentist seemed miserable. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I left before the dentist came back to remove the excess glue. I came home and took a shower and removed the glue myself. This place is rough!

You walk in with one problem & walk out with a sheet for thousands of dollars of work needed to be done. It's a sales pitch from the minute you walk in the door, quite obvious too , quality of care? What care? I went in for a tooth & left feeling like what happened? I paid for an xray they acted like they owned! Which LEGALLY NO YOU DONT! The patient does! Don't go to this run of the mill dentistry !
