I really appreciate Adam and Alderman Automotive. Every experience I've had there so far has been outstanding.
I had an appointment and the salesman called me several times throughout the course of the day to make sure that I would make it, but wasn't pushy with it. Dealership was clean and everyone was friendly. The car that I wanted was warmed up and ready to test drive when I got there and the entire process was quick and easy. Would most definitely recommend Alderman to anyone looking for a good deal.

Believe the one-star reviews and avoid Alderman like the plague it is. Communication is a joke -- they seem to have a policy to not return calls or respond to emails. Of course, i didn't realize this until after I committed to the purchase. The car was delivered to me with the sound system permanently on mute. No radio, no navigation, no satellite, no warning chimes or buzzers. Dealer's response: "it must have broken after we delivered the car to you -- it is your responsibility to fix it." Sneaky, misleading, not honest would not recommend this dealership to anybody did not inform me about recalls
