Very courteous and nice would by from them again. Friendly and worked with me to get me what I wanted Definatly a good place to buy
Believe the one-star reviews and avoid Alderman like the plague it is. Communication is a joke -- they seem to have a policy to not return calls or respond to emails. Of course, i didn't realize this until after I committed to the purchase. The car was delivered to me with the sound system permanently on mute. No radio, no navigation, no satellite, no warning chimes or buzzers. Dealer's response: "it must have broken after we delivered the car to you -- it is your responsibility to fix it." They delivered the car to my door ... read more
Business response:
Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that you remain unhappy with your purchase. While we understand your frustration regarding the audio system concern, we respectfully disagree with several aspects of your review. Prior to purchase, you personally visited our dealership, inspected the vehicle, and completed a test drive before making your decision to move forward. Additionally, we have communicated with you directly regarding your concerns. While we understand that our response was not the outcome you w... read more
Sneaky, misleading, not honest would not recommend this dealership to anybody did not inform me about recalls
Business response:
We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. At Alderman Automotive, we strive to be transparent with every customer and provide a complimentary Carfax report on all vehicles both online and at the time of sale, which includes open recall information when available. As an independent dealership, we are unable to perform manufacturer recall repairs ourselves, but we are always happy to help customers coordinate recall service with a franchised dealer if needed. We never intend to mislead anyone, and we take concerns like yours seri... read more
Have a tendency to not provide a clear and precise explanation of their warranties, and coverage options. Give misleading options on solutions to mechanical issues. Become very condescending when clients do not wish to spend thousands of dollars on repairs. Made me personally feel stupid because multiple times in a row I was informed that my warranty would cover a repair that my car needed, drove an hour to get to the dealership for repairs, waited for over four hours, just to be told that my warranty actually doesn’t cover ... read more
I owe $20k on a car I bought and only drove 7k miles. It’s in my driveway totally inoperable! Buying a car from you all has been a nightmare!
It was the worst car buying experience I ever had in my 50+ years of buying used cars! -10 ⭐️’s.
Delivered the truck 3 weeks after being purchased due to working on a check engine light. Within 20 miles of receiving and driving the truck, the check engine light came back on but this time for the transmission. I have been attempting to get in contact with the GM to agree on a resolution but cannot get any higher than a salesman and continue to get ignored about coming up with a resolution.
Business response:
Troy, thank you for bringing this to our attention. I’m sorry to hear about the ongoing check engine light concern with your truck and the delay in communication regarding next steps. That is not the ownership experience we aim to provide at Alderman Automotive. We understand how frustrating it is to be without clear answers, especially after waiting for repairs and then having the issue return so quickly. Our team is actively reviewing the situation to determine the right path forward, and we are committed to working toward... read more
Alderman Automotive sold me a vehicle that almost immediately became a serious and expensive problem. Before buying, I made clear that reliability was my top concern because I needed dependable transportation for my daily commute to school. I specifically raised that concern, especially because I was at the dealership dealing with my prior vehicle’s engine and transmission failure. I was told about a cosmetic issue, but nothing that fairly conveyed the degree of mechanical risk involved. Within two weeks, the car was inopera... read more

Clayton, we’re sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience. When you purchased the 2018 Honda Accord, the vehicle was sold as a used vehicle and was inspected prior to sale. At the time of purchase, you also elected to cancel the extended warranty that was originally available with the vehicle. Several weeks after taking delivery, you brought the vehicle to a Honda dealership, who provided you with a repair estimate and asked us to cover the cost. While we understand that unexpected repairs are frustrating, th... read more
Steve Winburn, the salesman, was great. Finance department called me back to the store 3 times because they, apparently, forgot to have me sign some papers. When I got home, I noticed there was a crack in the windshield. When I talked to the sales manager, he told me that he would get back with me shortly-- I never heard back and every time I try to contact him, he is "busy".
Business response:
We appreciate your feedback. While we're pleased to hear that Steve took good care of you, we apologize for the paperwork issues and the lack of follow-up on the windshield. You shouldn't have had to make multiple trips, and you definitely should have heard back from management. Please contact us at (888) 519-0533 so we can resolve the windshield issue.
