The best customer service I’ve experienced I will begin by saying I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Alderman Definitely make sure your vehicle has been serviced. Nothing was topped off. BREAK FLUID VERY LOW...COOLANT VERY LOW. Break pads and rotors were very worn and dangerous. I was told they were OK. I've spent 1000 on my vehicle I purchased and have only had it a month. Love the sales people and workers are very welcoming!! But when it came to it being serviced before it went on the lot there is no way it was looked at!

5 Stars All the Way 1) I was contacted quickly regarding my request to test drive a vehicle I was interested in. 2) Car was clean and ready for me to test drive when I showed up. 3) All my questions were answered. 4) Great price & NO pressure to buy anything. 5) Respectful of my time, budget and Jason Lay was very professional and delivered 100% on all that I asked for and needed. Worked with a gentleman named Yerik and he was incredibly responsive, answering my questions after hours and doing everything above and beyond. He also knows the cars he's selling.
