Upfront about everything! Matt did a good job of explaining everything before they did it.
The staff in the automotive department are all awesome guys,from the one who answer phone the person who sets up your appointment the person who shows you what your cost will be before work is done.keeping you updated with the progess.From start to finish the whole automotive staff is fantastic.
