Great explanation of service needed Good service Very friendly staff Close to my home Easy to get appointment
They seem to care about taking care of the customer. I would recommend them. Very good service experience.
We love our new SUV! ! It is exactly what we wanted and why we came there to get it. But having a salesmen with you while you test drive instead ideal. When we got the SUV it was on empty. Literally 2 miles left of fuel. A service maintenance light came on within 20 miles. Just shows a lack of care for you customers.
Clean dealership great personal service was very helpful with all my needs would recommend to anyone needing a automobile

Vehicle was better than described. Would do business with again. A A A A A
I have been in the automotive business in Indiana since I started detailing on East Washington Street at 13 - Alderman has a more lounge-like atmosphere than a typical dealership. The low employee turnover rate is notable. They treat us like family!
Zihad was very professional. I not only would recommend them, but I will be doing business with them in the future. They are really honest people. I was going to purchase another car but Zihad told me everything that was wrong with it and recommended another one he was familiar with. Like I say, very honest people.
Great experience overall, would highly recommend. They communicated well and were transparent about the costs.
