I received really good service on my car. Logan and Adam were great to work with. They were able to let me know that my car battery wasn't holding a charge. Also gave me info on other things that need to be done. Unfortunately I probably won't use Alderman for these because of the credit card service fee. I don't like to use my debit card and my credit cards either give me points or extended pay options.
Business response:
Thank you for the review! We're glad to hear you received good service and that Logan and Adam took the time to keep you informed about your battery and other maintenance needs. We appreciate your feedback about the credit card service fee and will be sure to share it with our team. Thanks again for choosing us, and we hope to have the opportunity to assist you again down the road.

They were very straightforward about the work needed on our truck. This was our first time ever using a "non-chain" repair shop. Based on the customer service and the cost savings we had on our extensive repairs, this will not be our last visit. I think we've found our new mechanics!
Business response:
Rosevelt, thank you for sharing your experience! We’re happy to hear our team was straightforward about the repairs and able to provide both strong customer service and meaningful cost savings. Earning your trust as your first non-chain repair shop is something we take seriously, and it’s great to know you plan to return. Thank you for choosing Alderman Automotive, and we look forward to taking care of your truck for years to come.
