They allowed us to bring the car in immediately and took up to 48 hours to test and ensure everything was fine. We were so relieved. No out of pocket cost. The Service Dept was super professional and so nice.

Purchased vehicle Feb 2025. Had an alignment April 2025 at 37,000 miles maintenance. There was no mention of needing tires at time.
