My car wan't fixed right the first time. My car wan't fixed right the first time. So, I had to take it back and then pay the diagnostic fee, if they find ONE thing that was different than the original repair. Adam told me he would talk to Volkswagen to see if the repair was covered under their warranty and never did. Took my vehicle to Alderman Automotive because my Took my vehicle to Alderman Automotive because my daughter had issues with the speed. They allowed us to bring the car in immediately and took up to 48 hours to test and ensure everything was fine. We were so relieved. No out of pocket cost. The Service Dept was super professional and so nice.
Overall, very good service. Overall, very good service. Alex tried to persuade me to purchase a new set of Michelin tires. I was told when I purchased my vehicle the tires were new. Purchased vehicle Feb 2025. Had an alignment April 2025 at 37,000 miles maintenance. There was no mention of needing tires at time.
