I originally had some concerns about my experience with Alderman Automotive related to pricing and some add-ons that were included during the financing process. After discussing the situation with the dealership, they took the time to address the issues and work with me to resolve the concerns. I was treated very fairly for both the car I was buying and on my trade in. My second experience with Alderman and pleased both times.
After the dealer quoted an exorbitant price to replace liftgate struts and made little effort to get my warranty to cover it, I brought my car to Alderman and their thorough inspection revealed only one stut needed replaced and they got the warranty to cover it by sending photos and video. If the claim had been denied their cost was significantly less (over $500) than the dealer. They went above and beyond.
