I wrote a review a few weeks ago stating that I had to return several times for paperwork and felt I was being ignored after I found a crack in the windshield. I am happy to report that, after leaving my review, I followed the instructions of the reply to my review and Alderman fixed the cracked windshield. So, I am now 100% satisfied.

Everything good. Only that they charge you separately for payment by credit card. 3% extra. This should be built into the total for the job.

The work was done very well, and the employees are all very conscientious. I was able to get my car in and browse cars for sale at the same time.

I felt that Alderman offered the best deals around on vehicles. The car I purchased needed some repairs and the sales manager acted in good faith on all his promises to get my car in great shape. The shop team is excellent and super friendly. Highly recommend

I originally had some concerns about my experience with Alderman Automotive related to pricing and some add-ons that were included during the financing process. After discussing the situation with the dealership, they took the time to address the issues and work with me to resolve the concerns.
