Do not use Alert 360 under any circumstances. They will take your money and you won't even know it. And even if you speak to them on the phone and tell them you do not use their services they will not cancel it and then send you a notice from collections. They are a scam.

They owe us 8 months of service and haven’t paid us. We didn’t have service for 8 months but they continued to take out of our bank account
This company doesn't deserve one star. They installed faulty equipment that they won't/can't fix and all they keep saying is that we need an upgrade which will cost more money. Why would I want to spend more money for a service we've never been able to use? They've sent techs out several times and they can't even fix the equipment they installed to begin with. We got woken up at 2am by this faulty equipment that they can't fix!
Just got off phone with Alert 360. I was informed that i own the Control Panel and all the equipment, installed in my home. So i asked the tech to help me replace Control Panel, since i have same panel, new in box that i would like to activate. The answer was. I have been lied to and cheated. I am very disappointed with alert 360. Over the last 5 years I have had multiple properties with Alert 360. I've referred many family members and friends to Justin G*****, the local sales rep. Any time I needed to add another property Justin was available instantly. However, sales should not be all about that commission check and should always be followed up with service and that's where Alert 360 has failed me over and over again. Alarm system stopped working (screen completely shut off even though outlet plugged into was working) and called Alert 360 help line, which said they would send a tech out at a specific date and time after 2 weeks. Tech never showed up, so we called Alert 360 again, who stated they would send another tech and confirmed another date and time after another 2 weeks. Second time, tech still did not show up. We were consistently billed for services that were not provided, had to deal with "non-emergency technical issues" that would trigger an audible alarm in the middle of the night and told that would have to pay for upgrades to equipt to solve service issues. I don't think this was an intentional attempt to scam anyone, just a result of bad customer service.

Technician left in the middle of the install. After he left, I noticed that he drilled a hole in the wall and pulled wiring through but did not place wall plate. I called 360 Alert and asked to speak to a supervisor. The customer service representative did not allow me to speak to anyone and a few days later I was charged $163 for an incomplete installation.
