Fixing the problem was done quickly but our system is not a year old. The pad was replaced and I have to pay for it when you all put in a poor quality product. I am very disappointed.
Service bad, technicians not really knowable of their own products.
Account was transferred from a local company that I've used for over a decade to Alert 360. Not a positive user experience. First, the billing cycle changed. This was unexpected and not mentioned in the welcome email. So my first bill was late.Second, the Alert 360 would not take my payment information. They stink. Bad service and equipment.The people who help on the phone stink.
For over a $100 bucks a month and the cameras are a hit or miss. Yesterday evening I got wiped out. I wake up around 1 am to use the restroom All is normal. I wake up again around 6am and my truck door is wide open. Finger prints on both vehicles and water damage in my truck. These vehicles are parked in the driveway and the cameras did not pick anything up at all. They dont record or do anything like they were supposed to do for quite some time now. I would NOT RECOMMEND 360 security service. Poor service meaning one week to fix an alarm system after it goes down. No direct communication other than recordings and several button pushing to reach a person to reschedule your service
I just received a bill for two months after I sent written notification that I was retiring and closing my store. When I called, I was told that I had a new system put in and signed for it and that is incorrect. They came and put in new equipment because mine was out of date and had stopped working, the customer ********************** rep was very aggressive and rude. Thank God I dont have to deal with this company anymore!***************************.
No heat for four days due to their thermostat. Tech came and failed to fix it. Not good in below freezing temperatures.
Very upset with the communication here. I was already a customer for more than 5 years and I wanted to add a camera and a door bell. The guy who came to install it said they couldn’t install the camera but took like 5 hours to install ( bothering me every few mins on a working day) the doorbell camera. It worked for sometime and became very unreliable. I had signed a new contract on day of installation and now didn’t get the camera nor a working door bell.
