The worst 4yrs of service of my life..the equipment was faulty from the start and has never gotten better after countless technicians out for repair.

This company is complete bull sht My shop was broken into at 459am after 10 really good hits and head butt's at my front door and the glass break sensor didn't pick it up until the ahol was already inside ********er didn't call me til 5:03am At this time the guy was already leaving The ********er couldn't tell me what sensor was going off . She said she didn't know . This company Alert 360 is scam they're charging me without any agreement even the system in my location is not working and they never upgrade it so i got robbed 6 months ago because alarm wasn't active and they said they tookover business from ABS alarm and never informed me without upgrading system and start charging me every month without alarm i informed them don't have updated system even they owes me from 6 months for not receiving any service I called and talk to them they said I'm with them under agreement which I nev... read more

**** is not what I call a good technician. He says there is no other option to this new doorbell camera that needs a wedge so it properly points outward. And I need a ***** to fix the hole in my brick. This is the second time he has been to my house and I had a problem before as well.

Careful what you sign, there no getting out of it. Times are hard, for myself and everyone else. I called the company about possibly getting out of the contract because I need the money, and they essentially told me I signed the contract and theres nothing I can do. My options are either to continue with the contract or pay off the amount remaining. They tried to give me a bargain by dropping the total down another $150 down to $850. I was informed that this company is not capable of connecting wirelessly to my wifi. I have had repeated calls about active credit card auto payments not being made. Then was told, repeatedly, that the problem would be corrected. It apparently has never been corrected. Out of date technology and incompetent billing department.

I have been a satisfied customer for over 11 years. The ******************** company was FRONTPOINT originally then changed to Alert 360.All my equipment has been paid for upfront and always paid my bill on time.I tried to cancel my service on 7/29/24 and the REP said I needed to send them am email in writing before I could cancel. I sent the email with in minutes, then got an automated reply that someone would call me within 72 hours Well on the fifth day of waiting no call was received. TERRIBLE COMPANY STAY AWAY I bought a house that the previous owners had hawk security system. We decided that we didn't need it so we never signed up. however all their gear is still hooked up to the house, they didnt bother to come get it. The monitor in the wall would ring every other day or so and would ask for a code to stop it. I never even got any code from them and when I didnt sign up I imagined they would just turn everything off.
