Bad customer service by the field trip Tina h***. She is rude and helpful. Very cold person. Did not go above n beyond. I had issues and she didn't want to look into fixing such as devices n batteries.

I too, like the other customers, thought that my account had been canceled after speaking with customer service, "the CEO", AND sending them an email with the required specific details for cancellation. To my surprise, I learned that my bank account has been debited again this month. Terrible experience with them: They either use "shady words" when selling their services so that they can get you into their agreement or are very disorganized internally. Their sales representative told us that all of our windows will be wired by them (counted the windows and told us verbally) during the time of installation. However, since getting all windows wired would take a lot of time, we agreed that they would come to get the remaining windows wired. We decided to move forward with another provider, for a few reasons. Upon calling into cancel, its has been absolutely a nightmare. Not only unprofessional, but do what you say you are going to do. We are still waiting for the amount to pay to pay off the remaining balance of agreement. This is just anther example why we are leaving, they have lied to my wife numerous times, so I called hoping to get some where, and I was given the same line of **. They continue to charge when their equipment quits working, and want to charge every time they come repair their faulty equipment. After 5000 dollars I quit paying and they continued to charge me for another 7 months without even sending a bill, or calling! They are horrible sneaky little weasels! Never hire them! They will charge when their equipment fails

This company is terrible, the security system reliability is terrible, and the monitoring is terrible. I had to call the police myself when my alarm was triggered in the middle of the night bc they security system company took too long to call me. And that is not all. They couldn't figure out how to tell me to access my own system to add more fobs. I'm guessing it's bc I didn't want to pay them at triple the cost to have them install more fobs. They have constant errors in their system. They overcharge. They under monitor. T... read more

Do NOT do business with this company. If you try to close your account they send buy out letters with a letter that you have to return and then say they 'never' received your signed letter. Just received a bill SIX months after I stopped doing business with them stating I owed for monthly service. The 'Office of the CEO' states they had not received my signed letter. It has been sent MORE THAN ONCE! This is a game they are playing to fraudulently charge customers. She said she would send another letter that I could scan and ... read more

This company has shady business practices. They put you in a 36 month contract and once its paid, they automatically renew your contract without contacting you. When we moved our residence, we notified them that we needed to cancel and they proceeded to inform us that we would need to pay upwards of $500 for the remainder of our contract. Don't use them.

I had security monitoring with Alert 360/Central Security Group for about 2 years in Kansas City. I strongly recommend that you do not use this service. I sold my house and told them I could no longer use their service, because I was moving into an apartment that would not let me install alarm equipment. They stated that I would need to pay $950 for the cancellation or get the person who bought my house to sign up for their service.
