It took two(2) service call more than a month to fix the problem. Maybe your company need better or a quality control program?

Only cares about the money, not the Customer. When you need something, it better be before you sign up, because after they only care about the dollars.

I DON'T LIKE BEING DECEIVED, ESPECIALLY IF I PAY FOR MY SERVICE ON TIME AND HAVE THE PRODUCT UNDERWARRANTY. ALERT 360 WILL DO A 360 ON YOU ALL RIGHT! I have been a customer for 8 years, but once my warranty grid system failed, the company asked me to signed a disconnect notice because it was not feasible for them to pay a technican to come 100 miles from Mobile to service my system. My husband and I have had zero success with Alarm 360. We have repeated asked for a copy of our 3 year contract that we apparently signed and agreed too when Alarm 360 was installed. We sold our home and contacted 360 to cancel our service and was told about this three-year contract then. So after realizing we could not transfer our service to our new apartment in a different state we were furious. So not only do we not have an alarm system, we still pay the monthly fee $50. The technician that came today was very courteous and professional. My issue is with your company and the quality of equipment you've provided me and your refusal to own up to that. But, don't worry about it, because our business arrangement will soon come to an end!

Alert 360 has bad business practices. They extend contracts without with their customer's knowledge. I was put into 3 years extension at the time we moved from one home to another without my approval and now they are sending me to collections. I have excellent credit and will not pay them. I will dispute all chargers and file a small claims against them for fraud if needed. Extreme caution with this company and be sure to get a copy of everything you sign and understand the terms. Better off completely avoid them.

Mr. ******* was under a valid agreement with Alert 360, and in addition to signing the Alarm System Monitoring Agreement he also signed a "No Secrets" document which restates the terms of the agreement in plain English in order to avoid any misunderstandings. I have contacted Alert 360 numerous times because the camera for my door isn't working. I've received the message that it was my internet as the problem. After their technician came out it was identified that it was not my Internet at all. Three different firmware updates and I am still having issues being able to consistently access my camera. Been having trouble all week with our one camera had someone come on Tuesday to fix quit working 24 hours later then had someone come today hopefully it is fixed because we had almost 7000.00 stolen from our property and couldn't see who done it because the one camera was not working!! Hopefully it's fixed now

My mom had alert360. She passed away. I contacted this service to cancel her service. I get contacted today to say that her contract with the service was not up and her estate is responsible for paying the the remainder of her contract of 13 months. What a disgrace to tell the family that we are sorry for your loss but even though your mom has passed she is still responsible for the remainder of her service contract. That came from the office of CEO
